What sizes are available?
We offer products in varied choices. Our arts are available from 10 cm to 7 meters in height.
What kind of materials are available?
We have products in large variety of materials such as, marble, granite, limestone, travertine, sandstone, bronze, copper, fiberglass etc.
What color materials are available?
We have many color choices such as, white, black, yellow, cream, coffee, red, pink etc.
What’s your minimum order quantity?
For stock in had, there is no minimum. If we have to order the product, a minimum of $8,000 USD purchase is required to avoid any surcharges.
What’s your lead time?
A 20’container normally needs 60 days. We can expedite orders in 45 days.
How are the goods packaged?
Products are packed in firm wooden crates. The merchandise is protected by wood chips to avoid the goods shaving during shipping. The crate is also filled with some foam and PVC film to avoid pollution.
How to make delivery? Can it get to our city?
Mostly by ocean shipping and to some countries by railway. Deliveries are available to any main port or main cities across the world.
How to make payment?
50% is due upon order confirmation via a certified cheque or money order and balance is due upon delivery.
What’s the insurance policy?
If by the term of CIF (C.I.F. = Cost of material + insurance + freight), we will arrange the insurance for clients.
Can you give me a catalogue and price list?
We offer an online product gallery (catalogue). Our products are available in different dimensions, sizes, quality and material, as such we cannot offer fixed price listing. Discounts are available for larger quantity orders.
Where will the statue be delivered to?
All goods are delivered direct to customer or to the delivery address provided by the customer.
What are the products made from?
Our unique products are made from marble.
How are the products installed on delivery?
The customer is responsible for the installation of all products. Please contact us for advice on installing statues.
What happens if the sculpture arrives damaged?
We use a strict packing protocol for every sculpture sent. We have a 100% record of all Home Grace sculptures being delivered undamaged. The sculpture is also sent fully insured for transit. In the unlikely event of the sculpture arriving damaged, it will be remade and sent to the customer at NO extra cost.
